FoodieGuru suggests to stay away from pre-packaged Soya you buy from the grocery store, they contain high levels of preservatives. A good alternative is to make your own Soya at home using the Soyabella machine.
Buy regular/organic soybeans and pre soak them inside water for a few hours
Purchase a machine such as Klaz/ Soyabella here
Press the ON button and once done, use a sifter/strainer and a spoon to push the liquid through collecting and removing all the thick gooey stuff.
And now your done with your fresh home made soya milk
Another alternative is the conventional way: You can boil the soy beans put it into a regular blender and filter it through.
