This is a very special post:
I’m going to share with you FoodieGuru’s own healthy recipe “veggie rice”
It is very easy to make and healthy!
STEP #1:
Cut up some garlic cloves and add a bit of cooking oil, stirfry until it smells good
STEP #2:
Wash then cut up some veggies
STEP #3:
Add the veggies into the pot along with the garlic
STEP #4:
Add some water to make it into a soup and wait until it starts boiling.
At this stage, you can add whatever seasoning salt etc
STEP #5:
Just as the water starts boiling, pour the soup into a rice cooker that already have clean uncooked rice.
STEP #5:
Before the rice cooks completely (about 3/4 done), mix thoroughly & let it cook completely.
