3 Ways to Boost your Antioxidant Levels in your Body

3 simple ways to boost your antioxidants in your body

1) Have fresh fruits and vegetables.
(Best if freshly picked off a tree and consumed immediately)

2) The secret is to have them OFTEN (Recommended every 2 hours)
You do not need to have a big amount of fruits/veg, even a handful of leaves is enough but we recommend you to have them often to keep antioxidant levels UP.
If you have a lot of fruits and veggies but only at one point of the day, the body would have used up all the antioxidants. Similar to eating medicine, you cannot have all pills in the packet all at once but spread them out throughout the day so your body is being fuelled antioxidant goodness at a constant rate!

3) Stay away from artificial colourings/ preservatives/ products:

If you decide that you want to consume your juice/veggies in the form of juice, you have to be very careful!

By juicing, the fruits and veg are being chopped up into little bits, and once each little bit gets in contact with the air, the antioxidant releases much faster than when eaten whole.

If you decide to juice, you have to remember to consume the drink within the first 2 minutes of juicing it before the antioxidant runs out.
