When it comes to milk, FoodieGuru is always choosing WHOLE MILK despite the extra calories.

Whole milk is the most natural and feels best for the body and health. The problem with other options of milk is that usually when “people alter or play with nature, usually they create something bad/harmful”. So try to avoid products that have been further altered.. such as light/diet/whipped/sugar free.. and so on.

When buying milk you can feel with the heart that various brands differ in quality. This can be because of the health of the cow, the way the milk was processed or the way it was kept. So choose carefully πŸ™‚

  1. Thank You, yes it makes it so simple. πŸ™‚ There is a lot of energy around dairy free things, the condition of the dairy industry and things like hormones in milk etc. More and more people seem to be excluding it from their diets entirely. I wonder how important dairy is in our diet? I
